I am a handcraft maniac. I am felling in love with needle felting, beading, photography, drawing, clay pastries and miniature making.

Party animals in my miniature Japanese cottage village

My husband bought a set of mini cat and dog figurines for me and I immediately thought of putting them to my mini Japanese village.

The cats and dogs match with the cottages impeccably. The size, the atmosphere, everything suits so magically into the cottages. It looks like they are made to be a set, but it is all an coincidence.

The animals really seem to have fun in my village

The making of my miniature Japanese thatched roof cottage

My latest addiction : miniature houses creation
I started this hobby last year when I came across a mini garden shed kit.
Since then I want more and want to challenge something more difficult.
I choose to work on cottages, I'm really crazy about cottages, both European and Japanese ones.

Apart from making the cottage, the thing I enjoyed a lot is designing and creating the cottage garden. This one is a spring time garden.

These are the materials inside the kit (without the glues)
